Junior Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities in various fields.
  • Reach out to potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and challenges.
  • Assist in preparing proposals and presentations for potential clients.
  • Support the sales team in developing tailored solutions for client needs.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitors.
  • Help in managing the sales pipeline and tracking leads through CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns that attract and engage prospects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets and business goals.
  • Basic understanding of business development and sales processes.
  • Passion for technology and digital solutions.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in business development (preferred).
