Jr. Business Development Executive

Job Description:

Qaxles Technologies is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive lead generation and client outreach. This role involves researching potential clients, making outbound calls, and converting prospects into business opportunities. Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential clients in target industries.
  • Make outbound calls and send emails to engage with decision-makers.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Track outreach efforts and lead conversions using CRM tools.
  • Meet and exceed lead generation and sales targets.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (Must Have).
  • Experience in lead generation, cold calling, or sales (preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
